Alluring to Ms Hudson’s famous clockwork Tea Time ritual, a herbal and fruity tea cocktail blending hibiscus and elderflower.
- 50 ml Beefeater gin
- 25 ml St. German elderflower liqueur
- 10 ml Hibiscus syrup
- 30 ml Cranberry juice
- 10 ml Lime juice
- 3 drops Plum bitter
- Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Shake and double strain
- Serve in a froze martini glass
